Cancellation & Modification

- If you decide to return your purchase, please send us a message via this emai: support@classyen.com . Include your order number and the change you would want to make. After the change or cancellation is done, we will confirm.
- You have two hours to change or cancel your order. Thereafter, NO modifications or cancellations are permitted as we will start processing orders right away to ensure prompt delivery.
Please be aware that:

  • If your item requires a design adjustment, we cannot guarantee that it will be delivered on time because it will take significantly longer for us to make the requested changes.
  • Once the order is completed, personalized orders will be locked for processing, making it difficult to make any changes (including shipping information). Before you check out, please check all the information again.
