We at ClassyEn.com go above and beyond to fulfill and successfully deliver orders as quickly as possible since we know how important it is for your purchase to arrive on time for your special events. Please review our shipping responsibilities below:
Production and Delivery Schedule
Please remember that the Estimated Arrival of your package is the sum of the Production and Shipping times.
- Order fulfillment based on your personalization, quality checks to guarantee every item reaches our consumers in the best shape, and packaging are all part of the production process.
- The time it takes to deliver your order is measured from the day it leaves our door to the delivery address. Remember that depending on the kind of goods and the delivery location, production and shipping timeframes change.

Tracking Orders
An email with tracking details will be sent to you as soon as your order is prepared for shipping. Using your order number and email, you may follow your order on the "Track order" page of the ClassyEn.com website. As an alternative, go to My Account > My Order after logging into your account.
Production and delivery timeframes may be prolonged for popular holidays such as Valentine's Day, Women's Day, Mother's Day, Father's Day, Halloween, or Christmas. Our website prominently displays the cut-off times. Orders placed after these dates are not guaranteed to arrive on time, and we do not assume liability for delayed deliveries.

Please Note:

  1. The shipment time does not include 2-3 days to process the product.
  2. Over 99% of deliveries will reach their destination on time. On rare occasions, nevertheless, inclement weather, foreign customs, or a misplaced address can result in a delivery time delay. Please get in touch with us right away if you find yourself in this circumstance.
  3. If you would like expedited shipping, send your request to the Modify or Cancel Order Center.
  4. The production time is extended by one to two days for alteration orders.
  5. Please include the zip code plus four or five digits in your order shipping address for orders delivered to the PO box.
  6. When your product is ready to be shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information so you can follow it all the way to your home.

Item not received

If your order was correctly placed and, despite the tracking status indicating delivery, you have not received anything yet. In order to locate your bag, you must get in touch with the carrier because once an item is bagged, we are unable to manage it. There may be instances when tracking data is unavailable. This could be the result of technical problems that prevent the tracking data from updating on the app. In such circumstances, please email us at support@classyen.com if you are still unable to find your item, and we would be happy to help.
