Return & Refund Policy

REFUND & RETURN POLICY 

Our primary goal is to satisfy our customers, therefore we go above and beyond to ensure that they have the greatest possible experience while doing business with us in terms of both product and service qualifications.

ClassyEn Service

When you buy a new product, we offer a warranty that covers it against material and workmanship defects under normal consumer usage for the amount of time allowed starting on the date of initial purchase. There are two warranty durations available for the policy:

✅ 30-DAY WARRANTY:

If, to the extent allowed by our policy, the Product develops a defect due to our fault during this warranty term, we will either replace the defective Product with a new one or reimburse the full purchase price. It won't even be necessary for you to RETURN your things to us, saving you money and precious time.
Notes: Each order may only use the warranty coverage once.

CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

To change or cancel your order, send an email to support@classyen.com
Order cancellations and modifications are only permitted between 02–05 hours of the order being placed. The order is locked for processing beyond that point and cannot be canceled.
For alteration orders, the production time is extended by one to two days.

DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If you received an incorrect or damaged shipping, or if your package never arrived, please email: support@classyen.com
We are willing to assist as needed.

We're going to:
-We'll give you a 100% refund because it was all our fault.
-Create a new one and use Express Shipping to send it right away to your address. Not only that, but there are no additional costs.

FAQ on refunds and returns

1. How do you handle returns and refunds?

When you buy a new product, we offer a warranty that covers it against material and workmanship defects under normal consumer usage for the amount of time allowed starting on the date of initial purchase. There are two warranty durations available for the coverage.

2. If I'm unhappy with my purchase or decide I no longer want it, can I receive a refund?

If your issues stem from the caliber of our goods and provided that they are brought to our attention within 30 days of the invoice date.


3. When will I be able to use my original payment method to get my refund credit?

Once we receive the credit refund, you have up to three days to check it before we process it back to your original payment method. This procedure takes about five to seven business days.

4. Are there any exclusions that could keep me from receiving my entire refund?

If you want a refund and the tracking has been delivered after 30 days, The incorrect delivery location, incorrect customs information (such as custom name or hair color), or an ill-fitting size are the main causes of the issues.
The order was shipped with all of the requested materials and information.

5. How should my shipment be ready for a return?

It will take up your valuable time and money, and we do not want that to happen to our clients, so please keep in mind that you do not even need to RETURN your things to us. To assist us in resolving your issue, kindly submit a photo and comprehensive details about the things you received.

6. Can I return my item or items?

Since all of Classyen items are custom printed, we are happy to exchange an item for a different size as long as you pay the postage costs. The product or products you buy will determine the resend fee.
